Villa Dillon Way is situated in the quiet residential community of Westridge. Located just off highway 27 in Davenport, Disney World is just 15 minutes away by car.

| The villa has a spacious, open plan living / dining area with patio doors leading out to the pool area. There are 2 comfortable sofas, one of which can be made into a sofa bed. For your entertainment, the villa is equipped with a 50” plasma TV, Cable package, Xbox 360 with Kinect (plus a selection of games), Blu-Ray player and Hi-Fi with iPod dock. The dining area has a large table and 6 chairs. | ||

| The well equipped kitchen has an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, plus all the crockery and cutlery you will need. Just off the kitchen, there is a separate utility area with large washing machine and separate dryer, plus an iron and ironing board. |

| Spacious master bedroom with queen size bed, 32” LCD TV with cable, clock radio with iPod dock, large walk in closet and patio doors providing direct access to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin / vanity unit with large mirror, hairdryer and WC. The villa also has 2 further bedrooms, one with queen size bed and the other with 2 twins. Both rooms have 22” LCD TV’s with cable, alarm clock and plenty of closet space. Between these 2 bedrooms you will find the family bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin / vanity unit with large mirror, hairdryer and WC. |

| The villa has a fully screened private swimming pool, which measures 28ft x 14ft, perfect for cooling off after a tiring day at the parks! There is also a covered patio area with table and chairs, plus loungers for the pool deck. | ||
